Richard has over 35 years of experience in all aspects of the operation, organisation and administration of Passenger Transport. This includes operational management at senior levels within very successful small and medium sized operations of local bus and coach services, SEN and home to school contracts, express coach services, national and international coach tours .

His experience also includes a number of years working at senior officer level for a local authority implementing change management, the operation of statutory functions such as home to school transport, concessionary fares, support for the local bus network and the provision of social and welfare services.

This unique blend of experience enables him to provide a range of services and innovative solutions that are helpful for small and medium sized passenger transport operators. This could be completion of e-tendering for local authority contracts, help will local authority returns, simple planning and scheduling, tendering for local authority contracts or simply providing expertise in areas that require specialist knowledge.
