Network Creative is run by Richard Startup and offers a friendly and cost effective service to small and medium sized bus and coach operators, as here as local authorities, who need specialist knowledge in resolving problems and finding solutions in all areas of bus and coach operation.

Richard has over 35 years of experience in all aspects of the operation, organisation and administration of  Passenger Transport.  This includes operational management at senior levels within very successful small and medium sized operations of local bus and coach companies.  He has managed the transport unit for a large local authority running a full range of secured bus services, SEN and home to school contracts and social care and health journeys.

Richard is also a Distance Learning Advisor working with level 5 students of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, with students based all the world, often giving a very different perspective of transport and logistics to that in the UK
